Public Offer

This offer, addressed to an unspecified group of persons – individuals and legal entities – visitors to the website on the Internet: https://reconciliationbiblechurch.org/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”, and is an official and public offer of the organization RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION “RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY BIBLE CHURCH “PRYMYRENIA” OF EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS-BAPTISTS UMAN”, hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”, represented by the Head of the Religious Organization MOKRYAK VLADYSLAV OLEKSANDROVYCH, acting on the basis of the Charter, have concluded a voluntary charitable donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the subject and essential conditions of which are specified below:

Terms and Definitions

Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer by performing actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and means posted on the Site, as well as by transferring funds to the Church's current account through banking institutions. The moment of Acceptance is the date of crediting funds to the Church's current account. Payment is a voluntary charitable donation. A voluntary charitable donation is a money transfer made by the Donor to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Church in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations".

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the free transfer by the Donor to the Church of funds to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Church.

Acceptance of the Agreement means that the Donor agrees with all its provisions, he is fully aware of the subject of the Agreement and the purpose of collecting donations.

The Agreement is concluded by the Donor's unconditional and full accession to this Agreement and acceptance of all essential terms of the Agreement.

The Donor and the Church, guided by art. 207, part 2 of art. 639, art. 641, art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, art. 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations”, agree that the Agreement is considered concluded in writing without signing a written copy by the Parties from the moment the Donor takes the actions stipulated by the Agreement, which indicate his agreement to comply with the terms of the Agreement.

The Agreement is posted on the website https://reconciliationbiblechurch.org/ in free access and in a manner that ensures familiarization with the content of this Agreement by each person who applies to the Church. The Donor cannot offer his terms of the Agreement.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Church has the right:

  • To receive voluntary charitable donations and use them to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Church in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine “On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations”.
  • At the request of the Donor, to provide a report on the received voluntary charitable donation and its use.

The Donor has the right to:

  • Transfer the voluntary charitable donation to the Church's account in the manner specified in the Agreement;
  • Request a report on the use of the voluntary charitable donation.

Place of Fundraising

The collection of voluntary charitable donations is carried out on the territory of any country in the world.

Fundraising Period

The collection of voluntary charitable donations continues indefinitely, unless another period is determined by the Church.

Procedure for General Access to Church Reports

Access to Church reports is carried out by contacting the Church leadership at the address specified on the website https://reconciliationbiblechurch.org/. Other information may be provided by the Church in the manner and within the terms stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

Other Conditions

All expenses for payment of amounts related to the transfer of the donation are borne by the Donor.
The Donor independently determines the amount of the voluntary charitable donation.
The donation is voluntary and is not subject to return.
The Donor is responsible for the accuracy of the information specified when transferring the donation.
In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and to properly fulfill the terms of the Agreement, the Donor consents to the processing of personal data.
The provisions of Ukrainian legislation apply to the relations between the Donor and the Church.
